Mushroom Burger with Black Truffle Oil and Fries就很適合小晴晴了. 薯條, 永遠是小朋友的心頭好, 有那個小朋友不喜歡吃薯條, 請舉手. 賣相靚靚的是Portobello Mushroom Burger, 想不到, 小晴晴是挺喜歡黑松露呢.

Grade的, 沒有理由錯過的. 稍嫌不是厚切, 但就夠肉汁, 肉味亦不俗, 兩三下已經給我們清掉.

由第一次來Supergiant已經吃慢烤乳豬, 招牌嘛. 這客Slow Roasted Suckling Pig with Steam Bun, Homemade Spiced Aioli,
Shredded Cabbage, 有點不同, 配上蒸刈包, 還有青瓜, 椰菜絲及乳豬醬, 我們是在喜宴嗎? 乳豬皮還是脆卜卜的, 加上肉質嫩滑, 慢烤, 才是吃乳豬的皇道.

甜, 當然要吃, 還要一連吃兩款, 甜魔自然滿足. Traditional
Churros with Chili Chocolate Dip, Churros本身夠香脆, 點睛的是那辣椒朱古力醬, 把Churros upgrade了一個檔次. Burnt Marshmallow with Shizo
and Grape Sorbet是最好的平衡點, 那葡萄雪芭, 好像為這餐來個洗滌.
